once a customer came in a post office and weighs his letter.Official said it need stamp for rs 20.Then official gave stamp for rs 20 and all are 1 rupee stamp.So the customer paste it and now the official say it need another 2 rupee stamp.After pasting one rupee stamp for rs.20 it needs another 2 rupee stamp.
